摘要
采用沉淀法制备了Al-P-K-O体系催化剂,研究了该催化剂上苯酚和甲醇气相烷基化反应.结果表明:反应温度和催化剂组成对苯酚和甲醇气相烷基化催化性能影响很大,酸量的增大有利于催化活性的提高.当反应温度为320℃时,在Al1P0.75K0.05催化剂上苯酚的转化率最高.
The gas phase catalytic alkylation of phenol with methanol was investigated with a series of Al-P-K-O catalysts.The reaction temperature and the catalyst composition have considerable effect on the catalytic performance of the catalysts.The increase of acidic amount is responsible for the high catalytic activity.The Al1P0.75K0.05 catalyst shows the highest catalytic activity at the reaction temperature of 320 ℃.
