摘要
随着护理学的发展及护理模式的转变 ,仅凭经验进行护理已成为历史。现代护理实践需要可靠的科学依据 ,任何护理决策均应遵循和应用科学依据。循证护理意为遵循和应用科学证据的最佳有效护理方法。因循证护理目前还处于探索阶段 ,决定了它的实践会遇到诸多困难。作者针对其困难提出了相应的对策 ,如提高护理人员整体素质 ,开设循证护理课程 ,大力开展护理科研 ,广泛向服务对象宣传循证护理知识 ,同时开展循证护理只能在具备条件的大型医院进行等。
With the development of nursing and the changing of nursing pattern,nursing just on experience has become history.Thepractice of modernnursing should depend on scientific evidence,which should be followed and used by any ways of nursing.Evidence-based nursing means the best way of nursing by abiding by and applying scientific evidence.As evidence-based nursing has not been put into full pratice,the practising of it will be confronted with much difficulty.The authors present corresponding ways to deal with,such as enhancing the quality of entire nursing staff,offering a course on it;developing the scientific research on nursing;widely publicizing the knowledge of it;practising it only in some large hospitals and so on.
