摘要
目的 探讨PCNA、MMP 2在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCCB)中的表达与病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法对 5 0例膀胱移行细胞癌、8例正常膀胱粘膜标本进行PCNA、MMP 2检测。结果 ( 1)PCNA指数 (PCNALI)在Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级TCCB分别为 6.73 %、3 1.0 3 %、5 7.89% ;在Ta、T1、T2 、T3、T4TCCB分别为 7.88%、2 0 .2 6%、3 8.4 4 %、61.2 5 %、77.5 0 % ;( 2 )MMP 2强阳性表达 ( 、 )在Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级TCCB分别为 18.18%、4 0 .0 0 %、77.77% ;在Ta、T1、T2 、T3、T4TCCN分别为 0 %、4 3 .0 0 %、5 5 .5 5 %、87.5 0 %、10 0 %。结论 在膀胱移行细胞癌 ,PCNA和MMP 2表达与病理分级。
Objective To sear ch the relationship among the expression s of PCNA and MMP 2 in TCCB and the clin ical stage and pathological grade of TCC B.Methods The expressions in paraffin embedded sections from 50 blad der tumors and 8 normal bladder tissues were imvestigated by immunohistochemistr y.Results (1)PCNA LI in Grad e 1,2,3 of TCCB were 6.73%,31.03% and 57.89% respectively;PCNA LI in Ta,T 1, T 2,T 3,T 4 of TCCB were 7.88%,20.26%,38 .44%,61.25% and 77.50%,respectively.(2)O ver expressions(,)of MMP 2 in Grade 1, 2,3 of TCCB were 18.18%,40.00% and 77.77 % respcctivcly,Over expressions of MMP 2 in Ta,T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4 of TCCB were 0%,4 3%,55.55%,87.50% and 100% respectively.Conclusions The expressions of PCNA and M MP 2 were positively related with clinic al stage and pathological grade of TCCB.
