摘要
作者分析了在市场经济体制和世界制造业一体化的形势下 ,我国热处理行业发展所面临的挑战和机遇 ,并提出了热处理行业可持续发展需要思考的若干问题。除了需要加快体制改革、加强企业内部管理和因地制宜、加快发展热处理专业化生产外 ,着重提出了在技术上要加快推广和开发精确热处理、清洁热处理和低耗热处理等先进热处理技术 ,同时要切实采取措施 ,重视和加强职工队伍的培训和提高 。
The author analysed that China heat treatment industry is faced with opportunities and challenges in the current situation,and put forward some thinking about the sustainable development of China heat treatment industry.In addition to promoting the reform of enterprise system,improving internal management and speeding up to organize more commercial heat treatment workshops,author emphatically put forward that it is necessary to speed up popularizing and developing the precise heat treatment,clean heat treatment and energy saving heat treatment,mean while to pay more attention to the training of staffs and improving their quality at all levels,thus establishing strong foundation for sustainable development of China heat treatment industry.
