摘要
针对精冲模寿命低的状况 ,对精冲模的工作状态进行了分析 ,提出了模块设计与精确热处理的思想 ,以提高精冲模的寿命 .并结合 Cr12 Mo V生产精冲模的实际 ,介绍了具体的工艺规范 ,取得了预期的效果 .
In view of the short service life of precision die, an analysis of its working state has been made. The ideas of model plate design and precision heat treatment have been put forward to increase the service life of the die. The technology standard is given in light of the practical conditions of producing precision die with Cr12MoV.
