摘要
介绍了唐钢生产的 77BΦ8 0mm硬线出现的断裂现象 ,及断裂时相应的金相组织状况 ;分析了不同阶段出现断裂的原因 ,得出 77B钢工艺性能最好的组织是均匀细小的索氏体等。
The fracture phenomena and its metallographic structure of 77B Φ8 0mm high-carbon wire rod du ring production were introduced The causes of appearing fracture of hi gh-carbon wire rod in different st age were analyzed,and it shows that the structure of steel with better mechanical properties is homogeneous and fine sorbite.
