摘要
结构零件在汽车上应用很广泛,大都需要通过热处理来满足使用性能,组织状况一直是热处理工作者关注的重点。为保证使用性能,零件调质处理后希望得到全马氏体组织或不希望形成非马氏体组织,但由于材料淬透性和冷却条件的限制,出于成本的考虑,不可能也不需要零件的整个截面都达到与表面一致的热处理状况。
For a long period of time, the automotive industries have adopted the standard of《GB/T 13320-2007 Grading Map and Assess Method of Micro-structure for Steel Patternmaking Forge Pieces》to proceed practical heat treatment control and test, which has favorable effects on the criterion during heat treatment process. While since the year of 2007, the new edition of this standard has been released, within which the depth of section layer of micro structure was increased in the quality adjusting pieces being tested, and the problems were occurred in this standard which could hardly meet demands in manufacturing. At the same time, this standard has only covered problems existed of patternmaking forge pieces and normalized grading map are not matched with practicality. Some suggestions are put forward for problems occurred during implementation of this standard, so as to be referenced for revision and actual application of this standard.
