摘要
重点探讨了合成铸铁生产时增碳剂的加入方法、原铁液中的化学成分(C、Si、Mn)和增碳温度等对合成铸铁增碳吸收率的影响;同时对合成铸铁与非合成球铁的组织状况作了分析。结果表明:合成球铁比非合成球铁中的石墨球数多、细小且分布更为均匀;而且基体中的铁素体量略有增加,晶粒与珠光体片更为细小。
The influence of recarburization rate in synthetic cast iron, which included adding method of recarburizer, composition of molten iron (e.g. C, Si, Mn ) and carbureted temperature, were researched. The microstructure of synthetic cast iron and non-synthetic cast iron were also analyzed. The results show that the nodular graphite is much more, smaller and much symmetrical in synthetic cast iron than in non-synthetic cast iron; the ferrite in the matrix increases slightly in synthetic cast iron; the grain size and pearlite piece are smaller.
