摘要
①目的 采用增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、肾包膜下移植 (SRCA)技术相结合 ,检测口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤联合化疗方案的敏感性。②方法 将 18例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤组织作为原代移植物 ,移植到环磷酰胺免疫抑制鼠的肾包膜下 ;借助PCNA免疫组化染色等方法 ,对移植处理后取材标本进行化疗敏感性的检测。③结果 获得可评价率为 88% ,对PM ,DVF及DVP三种化疗方案敏感率分别为 5 4.5 % ,6 0 .0 %和 6 3.6 % .④结论 PCNA染色阳性细胞标记指数 (LI)、PCNA染色阳性细胞加权指数 (WI)的测定可作为化疗敏感性测定结果的参考指标。
Objective\ To evaluate the sensitivity of combined chemotherapy using Immunosuppress Mice Subrenal Capsule Assay and PCNA technique for malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial region. \ Methods\ Eighteen cases of malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region were used as the first transplant generation xenograft, which was transplanted to subrenal capsule of immunosuppress mice. The histopathologic changes of control mice and experimental mice were observed pathologically. Results\ Estimable rate was 88%(16/18). In PM, DVF and DVP programs, the percent sensitivity rates were 54.5%(6/11), 60.0%(6/10) and 63.6%(7/11), respectively. \ Conclusion\ The results suggested that granules of PCNA stain combined with immunosuppressive mice (SRCA) were a convenient and fast method in the test of chemosensitivity of chemotherapy for malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region.
