摘要
目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组化S P法对 6 5例不同分化的OSCC组织及 10例正常口腔粘膜进行PCNA检测。结果 正常口腔粘膜PCNA为阴性或仅在基底层见少量阳性细胞 ;鳞癌中PCNA表达显著增高 ,且阳性表达率随鳞癌分化程度的降低而递增 (P <0 0 1) ;淋巴结转移组鳞癌中PCNA表达较未转移组显著增强 (P <0 0 1) ;PCNA高表达者术后生存期有短于低表达者倾向。结论 PCNA标记可作为评估和判断OSCC恶性度和生物学行为的参考指标 。
Objective To study the expression and clinical pathological significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods S P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of PCNA in 65 specimens of OSCC and 10 specimens of normal oral mucosa. Results The epithelium of normal oral mucosa showed negative reaction or only few positive cells in the basal layer. The expression of PCNA in OSCC increased remarkably. As the differentiated degree of OSCC decreased, the positive rate of PCNA increased( P <0 01). The OSCC with lymphnode metastasis showed a higher PCNA expression than that without lymphnode metastasis( P <0 01). The OSCC with high PCNA expression had a shorter survival period than that with low PCNA expression. Conclusion PCNA may serve as a reference marker for determining the malignant degree and biological behavior. But the correlation between the expression of PCNA and the prognosis of OSCC remained to be studied.
