正畸过程中牙周韧带细胞增殖能力的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 旨在研究正畸力作用下牙齿移动过程中 ,牙周韧带细胞的增殖规律。方法 在兔口腔内安装矫治器 ,运用PCNA抗体及免疫组化过氧化物酶法 ,对受力兔前牙根尖牙周韧带细胞的增殖能力进行观察和分析。结果 正畸力作用牙齿一段时间以后 ,牙周韧带细胞增殖能力逐渐增强。结论 正畸作用力能影响牙周韧带细胞的增殖能力 。 Objective To study the event of PDL cell proliferation which was induced by orthodontic forces for the experimental duration. Method[WT5”BZ] The orthodontic appliances were secured in rabbits’ mouth applied 50g of force to the teeth. The time of animal death was 1,3,7and 14d following initiation of orthodontic force. The anterior teeth and periodontal tissues were made into histological samples. To reveal the proliferating cells, paraffin sections were immunostained with PCNA antibody by the use of an indirect immunoperxidase method. Result[WT5”BZ] The results of this study indicated that the ability of PDL cell proliferation increased consistently as the experimental period prolonged.
