Concentricity of the hole along the body in the central area of a spindle to the coaxial line has a key effect upon rotation performance of a super high speed spindle turned up to 18,000r/min.Concentric error hidden in the central area,which cannot be modified by traditional technical process,is transformed to the two end surfaces by the method of translating mass deviation.That let us modify concentric error of the products effectively and reduce its vibration easily and improve its quality markedly.
