摘要
为了保证涤纶高速纺丝卷绕机主轴的高速运转性能 ,制造过程中必须考虑主轴心部通孔在热处理调质后的精密校直问题。文章介绍了全套主轴工艺中有关热处理、精密校直和人工时效等工艺的部分内容 ,提出了一些新的方法和技术要点。
In order to ensure the high speed running of the high_speed terylen spinning up_coiler spindle, during the manufacturing, the precision aligning of the center hole of the spindle must be considered after heat treatment. The paper introduces part of the processes of heat treatment, precision aligning and artificial aging in the full spindle process, and some new methods and technical points are proposed.
