摘要
继真空镀铝薄膜和铝箔/塑料复合膜之后,又一种新型包装材料——转移法真空镀铝膜正在崛起。这项技术是由美国的伊丽田公司(ELITINE CO.)和西德麦特普拉斯公司(METAPLAST)近几年来新开发的工艺。目前正在世界范围内大力推广。用转移法真空镀铝技术生产的包装材料由于成本低、外观质量好,并可无选择地使用基材而著称于世。该工艺目前在世界范围内已拥有多项专利权,并向美国、英国、西班牙、法国、斯堪的纳维亚国家、南朝鲜、缅甸、墨西哥和巴西等国家转让了该项技术。
Aluminized film produced by transferable vacuum aluminizing process is a new type of packaging material. The paper introduces the production process and procedure as well as the advantages of the new material. China produces each year about 28.5 million boxes of cigarettes which are lined with aluminized paper. 3.3 kilograms of aluminized, paper are needed far each box, and that totals 95,000 tons annually, of which 70% have to be imported. The author is confident that it is suited to national conditions to develop the packaging material by transferable vacuum aluminizing process.
