摘要
目的 : 探讨中药四物汤治疗银屑病的可能机理。方法 : 应用四物汤灌胃小鼠 ,MTT法检测小鼠血清对表皮细胞增殖影响程度。结果 : 四物汤灌胃小鼠组A56 0 值显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective:To determine the possible mechanism of Siwu decoction in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:The stomach forage of mice was performed with siwu decoction. The effect of the decoction on the proliferation of keratinocytes of mice was determined by MTT method. Results:The level of A 560 was lower in the group of perfused mice than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion : The possible mechanism of Siwu decoction in the treatment of psoriasis might be the inhibition of proliferation of epidermal cells.
