摘要
目的 :观察氯化饮用水有机污染物对大鼠 L eydig细胞的毒性效应。方法 :应用固相萃取技术富集水中有机污染物 ,用以染毒 L eydig细胞 ,测定培养液中睾酮含量。结果 :有机提取物剂量为 0 .1、 0 .2、 0 .5 L/孔时 ,L eydig细胞的睾酮分泌量明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;有机提取物剂量为 1.5、 2 .0、 3.0 L/孔时 ,睾酮分泌量显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。有机提取物还对由 L H、dbc AMP、胆固醇、孕酮、孕烯醇酮和雄烯二酮刺激的 L eydig细胞睾酮分泌产生了不同程度的影响。结论 :氯化饮用水有机污染物可影响大鼠 L eydig细胞的睾酮分泌。
Objective:To observe the effect of organic extracts from chlorinated drinking water on Leydig cell on rat.Method:The technique of solid phase extraction was employed to extract the organic chemicals in chlorinated drinking water.The culture of Leydig cells in vitro was used to detect the toxicity of organic chemicals from drinking water.Testosterone in medium was measured by RIA.Result:The basal testosterone synthesis by Leydig cells was stimulated on the levels of 0.1,0.2,0.5L/per chamber and was stimulated on the levels of 1.5,2.0,3.0L/per chamber.The testosterone synthesis stimulated by LH,db cAMP,cholesterol,pregenolone,progesterone and androstenedione was affected by organic extracts in some extent.Conclusion:Organic extracts from chlorinated drinking water disturbed the testosterone synthesis by Leydig cells.
