摘要
本文提出了汽车发动机曲轴多工况可靠性优化设计方法。在柯特-多兰模型和海巴赫模型的基础上提出了“双堤坝”模型,然后用累积疲劳损伤理论和可靠性理论对某柴油机曲轴进行了可靠性优化设计。计算结果表明,曲轴可靠度大幅度提高,效果十分显著。
A fatigue reliability optimum design method for automotive engine crankshaft under various operation modes is presented. On the basis of Corten Dolan model and Haibach model the dual-dam model was proposed from the theory of cumulative fatigue damage and the theory of reliability. The model was applied to a diesel engine and the results demonstrated that the reliability of crankshaft might be improved considerably.
