Study and Software Development of Two-Mass Dynamic Model for Multi-Valve Train System

摘要 建立了多气门配气系统两质量动力学模型及其微分方程。基于VC++软件开发平台,开发了多气门配气机构设计软件,并用该软件对气门运动的动力学过程进行了仿真计算,得到了气门的性能参数。对比两种动力学模型的计算结果表明:两质量动力学模型对多气门配气机构的描述更准确,该模型能够降低设计所要求的安全系数,使设计的配气机构更经济实用。试验表明,通过该软件的辅助设计,柴油机的充气效率得到了提高,在高转速时尤为显著。 A two-mass dynamic model for multi-valve train system and its differential equation were established. Based on VC+ + platform, the designing software for multi-valve train was developed. After then, the dynamic process was simulated and calculated by using this software and the performance parameters of valve train were obtained. The results show that two-mass dynamic model can more precisely depict the multi-valve train and the safety coefficient needed for the design can be reduced, both of which make the valve train design more economical and practical. The experimental results show that the charge efficiency of the diesel engine is obviously improved after using this softwave especially at high speed.
