摘要
本文提出了用有限元法与数学规划法相结合的曲轴圆角优化方法,并以CA6102Q汽油机曲轴圆角为例进行了优化设计,优化后的曲轴圆角应力大幅度下降,优化效果显著。
In this paper, the optimum design of crankshaft fillets by means of finite element and mathematical programming methods is discussed. The crankshaft of CA6102Q gasoline engine has been taken as an example to be calculated by the recommended methods. The optimized results thus obtained show that the maximum stresses in crankshaft fillets have been considerably reduced, so the recommended methods for optimum design are very effective.
