摘要
以甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸 - 2 -乙基己酯为原料合成了润滑型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂 ,对参与聚合反应的单体配比、乳化剂及引发剂用量进行了系统的研究 ,确立了最佳合成工艺 ;利用红外光谱对聚合物鞣剂进行了初步分析 ,并考察了其应用性能。结果表明 :该聚合物具有良好的加脂复鞣性、低雾性以及一定的防水性 ,复鞣革粒面细致、丰满性好 ,适用于防水革。
The copolymerization and application of methacrylic acid(MA) and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2- EHA) retanning agent were summarized. The conditions of polymerization are researched including the proportion between monomers, the amounts of initiator and surfactants. The polymer is analyzed by means of IR. Various tests were designed to determine the effects of the retanning agent on mineral tanned leather. Results showed that the leather processed with the polymer has a satisfactory softness,fullness,flexibility. The polymer can be applied to the production of water-resistance leather ,washable leather and low fogging leather.
