摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了乙烯基聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合鞣剂在皮革鞣制上的应用,优选了最佳鞣制工艺。研究结果表明:乙烯基聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合鞣剂用于皮革鞣制的最佳工艺为:复合鞣剂用量6%,鞣制起始pH值4.0,鞣制结束pH值5.0,鞣制时间8小时。革样再用0.5%铬鞣剂(以Cr2O3计)复鞣可使坯革的收缩温度达到95.5℃,而且鞣液吸尽率高,坯革丰满,增厚明显,透水汽性能提高,该鞣剂作为一种新型清洁鞣剂,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
Based on the study of the applications of vinyl polymer/montmorillonite nanocomposite tan-nage used in leather tanning processs, the best processing conditions of tanning have been proposed. The result of study shows that the shrinkage temperature of leather tanned by vinyl polymer/montmorillonite nanocomposite tannage associated with 0.5% chrome under the optimized process condition can be raised to above 95℃, the strengthing and toughing properities of tanned leather can also be increased. Nano-tan-nage can also increase the exhaustion ratio of chrome when carried out associated with chrome. As a novel kind of 'green' tannage, it is sure to have widely application prospects.
