摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,在水溶液中采用自由基聚合制备含有季铵盐基团的两性丙烯酸树脂酸树脂。通过正交实验确定出最佳的聚合工艺:单体(AA/DMC)配比为1∶0.45,pH值为6.0,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2.5 h。聚合树脂得率为69.4%,等电点为6.5。
The amphoteric acrylic resin containing the quaternary ammonium salt groups was prepared by the radical polymerization in the aqueous solution,taking the copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and methyacrylethyltrimethylammoniumchloride(DMC) as the raw materials.The optimal synthetic process was determined through the orthogonal test.Namely,the proportion of the monomers(AA/DMC) was 1:0.45,pH value was 6.0,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 2.5 hours.The polymer resin yield was 69.4 % and the equipotential point was 6.5.
