摘要
目的 :改进对 乙酰基苯甲醚的合成工艺。方法 :以苯甲醚为原料 ,乙酰氯作酰化剂 ,无水AlCl3 作催化剂 ,控制反应温度 ,经乙醚提取 ,干燥 ,减压蒸馏得产品。结果 :收率从醋酐法的 93.3 %提高到 96 .7%。结论 :本法收率较高且稳定 ,反应条件温和 ,是一种合成对
OBJECTIVE:To improve the synthetic technique.METHODS:The reaction was carried out under the conditions of taking phenylmethyl ether as the synthetic material, acetylchloride as the acetylization agent, aluminium chloride anhydrous as the catalyst, and controlling the reactive temperature. The final products were extracted by ether, dried, then distilled in vacuum, the purified p methoxyacetophenone was obtained.RESULTS:The product rate could be raised from 93.3% to 96.7%.CONCLUSION:This method has high product rate and its reactive conditions are mild and steady.
