摘要
目的：建立盐酸头孢卡品酯二甲基甲酰胺和苯甲醚溶剂残留量的测定方法.方法：采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,FID检测器,载气为氮气,测定盐酸头孢卡品酯中二甲基甲酰胺和苯甲醚的残留量.结果：2种溶剂在所考查的浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.99以上,2种溶剂的回收率均在90.0％～ 110.0％.结论：本方法专属强,操作简便,结果可靠,适用于残留溶剂的测定.
Objective ： To eastablish a method for determination of residual solvent in cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride. Methods ： The capillary column was HP - INNOWAX, Tempreture programming. The capillary carrier gas was nitrogen, FID detector. Deter- mination of two residual solvents in cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride. Results ： Under the above condition, there were good linearies, the correlation coefficients were above 0.99, two kinds of the solvent the recoveries were between 90.0% - 110.0%. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for determination of residual solvent.
