摘要
在长链二元酸发酵生产中 ,由菌体生长期转入发酵产酸期 (转发酵 )的主要判断指标是菌体浓度。在实验室通过研究在线检测参数溶解氧、尾气氧和尾气二氧化碳随时间的变化与菌体浓度的关系 ,提出了判断转发酵时间的新方法 ,即当溶解氧曲线降至低谷时 ,菌体对数生长期即将结束 ,可以转入发酵期 ;尾气氧和尾气二氧化碳曲线在菌体对数生长期的后期分别形成低谷和峰值 ,此时可以转发酵。这些规律与实际生产中菌体浓度测定得出的转发酵时间相一致。
Microbe concentration is the key index for judging the turning time from microbe growth to fermentation in the production of long chain dicarboxylic acid. A new on line detection method of the turning time is proposed based on the relations of solubilised oxygen, and both of oxygen and carbon dioxide in off gas versus the microbe concentration along with time. The valley of the solubilised oxygen symbolized that the logarithmic growth of microbes was nearly finished; both of the valley of the oxygen in off gas curve and the peak of the carbon dioxide in off gas curve showed the turning point from microbe growth to fermentation. The above rules were coincided with the detection result of the microbe concentration in actual production.
