摘要
以热带假丝酵母(candida tropicalis)T_(25-14)为出发菌株,经过紫外线和亚硝酸的诱变和筛选,得到一株从正十五烷(nC_(15)发酵生产十五碳二元酸(DC_(15)的优良突变株NP-6-126。摇瓶发酵4d,T_(25-14)产DC_(15)为35.8g/L,而NP-6-126则达到73.5g/L,产酸水平提高一倍以上。气相色谱分析表明,DC_(15)的纯度也从69%提高到94%。加入适量青霉素,对DC_(15)的产生有明显的促进作用。
A mutant strain Candida tropicalis NP-6-126 producing pentadecane-dioic acid (DC15) from pentadecane (nC15) was obtained by mutagensis of UV radiation and sodium nitrite treatment on Candida tropicalis T25-14. The yield of DC15 and purity was 35.8g/L and 69% of starting strain T25-14 and 73.5g/L and 94% of mutant strain NP-6-126 for 4 days on shaking flask testing respectively.
