摘要
在１０Ｌ自动发酵罐上取得了长链十三碳二元酸发酵的动力学曲线。运用二元碳底物的代谢机理分析了实验结果，并对十三碳二元酸发酵的动力学模型进行了初步探讨，以期为二元酸的生产提供理论依据。
The kinetic curves of 1,13-tridecandioic acid formation is obtained in a ic L bioreactor and analyzed through the metabolic pathways of two carbon sources. Preliminary models are established so as to provide the basis for commercial production of 1, 13-tridecandioic acid.
