安宫牛黄丸对脑水肿家兔脑内酶的影响 被引量:24

摘要 以脑脊液LDH、CPK以及脑组化LDH、SDH、ATP等酶的变化为主要观察指标,并结合应用薄层色谱扫描仪对SDH活性进行定量测定,探讨安宫牛黄丸对家兔实验性脑水肿的影响。结果表明:该药能降低脑脊液及脑组化LDH活性;能使SDH、ATP酶趋于增强;能减轻水肿脑组织含水量和伊文思蓝蓝染的范围及程度。提示该药对脑组织的保护作用即可能是其开窍醒脑作用的原理之一。 We have Specially observed the changes of CSF LDH、CPK and encephalo-hlstochemistry LDH. SDH, ATPase, ete. and determined the quantities of SDH activity with a shallow layer chromatogram scanner. The results showed that this Chiese traditional prescription can lower LDH of CSF and histochemistry, increase SDH, ATPase, decrease the water content is the brain tissue of the models and reduse the range and degree of Evoms Blue staining. This suggests that the medicine could protect brain tissue, which is probably one of the mechanisms of restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation.
