摘要
基于硫酸介质中 ,亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化百里酚蓝的反应具有较强的催化作用 ,建立了一种催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法 .本法的线性范围为 0 0 4- 0 36 μg/mL ,检出限量为 8 75× 10 -9g/mL ,用于测定水样中亚硝酸根 。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace nitrite has been developed.The methoole is based on a nitrite-catalyzed redox reaction between bromthymol blue and potassium bromate in sulphuric acid.The linear range of the method is 0.04-0.36μg/mL and the detection limit is 8.75×10 -9g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water samples with satisfactory results.
