摘要
利用琥乙红霉素与百里酚蓝在乙醇介质中发生荷移反应,建立了荷移分光光度法测定药片中琥乙红霉素的含量的方法.结果表明,荷移反应生成1:1型配合物,最大吸收波长为440nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.6×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,琥乙红霉素测定线性范围为1.724~146.
Based on the charge transfer reaction (CTR) between erythromycin ethylsuccinate and thymol blue in ethanol solution, a spectrophotometric method was established for determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate in tablets. The experimental results show that the composition ratio of the complex is 1: 1, the apparent molar absorptivity is 6. 6 × 10^3 L · mol^-1· cm^-1 at maximum absorption wavelength 440 nm, and the linear range of the determination is 1. 724 - 146. 600 mg/L.
