摘要
以 2 0 (S) 喜树碱为原料 ,通过丙基化反应、氧化反应及光化重排反应三步法 ,制备了 2 0 (S) 7 丙基 10 羟基喜树碱 ,改进后的合成收率从文献报道的 2 0 3 %提高到 3 2 8%。
A three steps way of preparing 20(s) 7 propyl 10 hydroxycamptothecin from 20(s) camptothecin which involves in prophlation,oxidation and photo chemical rearrangement was described.The yield was increased from 20.3% in literature to 32.8%.
