喜树果中喜树碱和羟基喜树碱的快速分离 被引量:3

Rapid Separation of Camptothecin and Hydroxycamptothecin from the Fruit of Camptotheca Acuminate Decne

摘要 采用碱法提取喜树果中的有效成分,提取液经酸化,氯仿、乙酸乙酯分别萃取后,浓缩重结晶,柱层析等步骤得到高纯度的喜树碱和羟基喜树碱。实验表明,此法提取率高,得到的产品收率、纯度高,原料利用度高,生产周期短,设备简单。 We introduced the rapid separation method of effective components from the fruit of camptotheca acuminate decne. Extraction and column chromatography were used to produce high concentration camptothecin and hydroxycamptothecin. The result showed that the method is effective and productive.
