高血压病患者左室肥厚与动态血压的相关关系分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨高血压病患者左室肥厚与动态血压的相关关系。方法 应用动态血压监测及超声心动图方法检测 87例高血压病患者的心脏结构和心功能。结果 左室重量 (LVM)及其指数 (LVMI)与各时段的收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)和血压负荷呈正相关 ,与夜间血压下降率呈负相关 ,LVH尚与体质指数 (BMI)呈正相关 ,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)负相关。结论 LVH与血压升高及血压节律密切相关。减轻体重及调脂治疗对于逆转LVH亦很重要。 Objective To investigate the correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy and ambulatory blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 87 patients with essential hypertension were examined with 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and echocardiography. Results There were positive correlation between left ventricular mass, left ventricular mass index and average systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood pressure loads, body mass index, negative correlation between left ventricular mass, left ventricular mass index and blood pressure decline rate of night, high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion There were good correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy and high blood pressure, circadian rhythm of blood pressure. Control body weight and plasma lipids are also very important in reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
