摘要
由于微机械制造具有加工尺寸小、成型分辨率要求高等特点 ,微机械的快速成型微细加工工艺存在着不同于通用快速成型工艺的特殊问题及关键技术。该文对微机械光成型微细加工工艺和系统构成等进行了研究 ,制作了国内第一台微机械光成型实验系统 ,并加工出微曲柄等微零件 ,探索了快速成型微细加工技术制造微机械的新路子。
Because of the characteristics of micro processing size and high forming distinguishing ability with micro machines, the RP based fine forming processes are different from general RP processes with some special problems and key techniques in fabricating micro machines. This paper presents results on researches of a new type of stereolithography based fine forming process and construction of the system used to accomplish the process for micro machines. The experiment system, based on the stereolithography process, that is built successfully for the first time in China, and the micro crank fabricated by the experiment system are shown. The paper has explored a new method of fabricating micro machines using RP processes. Finally the paper presents several researching and developing directions for micro machines using the RP based fine forming processes.
