摘要
在FMS刀具管理系统中 ,刀具分配与调度策略的优劣直接影响系统加工效率。为了减少系统的刀具数量 ,降低刀具在单元间运输的频率 ,最终降低生产成本 ,该文提出了综合成组技术和虚拟刀具库思想的刀具分配策略。根据FMS生产作业计划和加工各零件的刀具使用情况 ,利用遗传算法 ,得出按最佳零件序列和最佳刀具序列的顺序构成最终结构化矩阵 ,最后得出加工工件的零件族和对应的刀具集 ,为刀具调度优化提供条件 ,较好地解决FMS中刀具的分配问题。
In a tool management system for a FMS, the advantage and disadvantage of tool allocation strategy influences the manufacturing efficiency. A new tool allocation strategy inte grating Group Technology and virtual tool matrix strategy is put forward in order to reduce the quantity of tools in the system, to debase the frequency of tool transported between the cells. Finally, the procreative cost is debased. On the basis of procreative plan of FMS and circumstance of the tools used, the genetic algorithms is used, and the final matrix structured on the best of parts list and tools list is educed. At last, a group of parts and the aggregate of corresponding tools are elicited. The condition is offered to optimize dispatching tools. The problem about tool allocation is well solved in FMS.
