摘要
为满足制造业信息化的需求,提出了一种面向制造企业各层面的综合设备管理系统.通过分析ERP及MES对设备信息的需求,充分研究设备信息与其他信息系统的协同管理机制,构建设备管理系统与其他系统的信息集成模型及系统的主要功能结构.同时从生产计划与调度出发,利用复杂性理论及调度依附度,研究了设备信息与计划调度间有效协同的原理与方法.最后设计了系统软件构架,围绕设备管理系统,建立了企业生产管理综合信息平台.
To deal with requirements of manufacturing industry informization, an integrated equipment management system was presented. The demand of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) system for equipment management was analyzed. The coordinated management mechanism of equipment management system (EMS) with other information system was studied and the information integration model was constructed as well as the function structure of integrated coordinated equipment management system. Meanwhile, from the respect of production planning and production scheduling, the effective coordination of equipment information and plan scheduling making use of complexity theory was studied. Finally, the system software architecture was designed and the integrated production management information platform developed surrounding on EMS.
