摘要
论文介绍了国内外跨国供应链战术生产计划研究概况,然后给出了一个跨国供应链战术生产计划非线性混合整数规划模型。模型的优化目标为税后利润最大化,考虑的宏观经济因素为汇率、关税、国内税率等;并且设计了遗传算法进行求解。模型的创新点在于在生产计划研究中引入转让价格、运输成本分配因子作为模型的决策变量。
In the first place,the paper gives a brief introduction of the research overview over the issue of International Supply Chain Tactical Production Planning(ISCTPP);Secondly,A non-linear mixed integer programming model for ISCTPP is presented.The objective function of the model is the optimization of Net Income After Tax(NIAT),The Macroeconomic factors such as Exchange Rate,Import Tariff,and Domestic Interest Rate are taken into account,the model is solved with(Genetic Algorithm)GA.The initiative of the essay lies in the consideration of transfer price and transportation cost allocation factor as decision variables in the research of Production Planning.
