摘要
目的 :制备双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液并测定其含量。方法 :利用双氯芬酸胆碱水溶液在 2 76nm波长处有最大吸收 ,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。观察了该滴眼液的稳定性和刺激性。结果 :双氯芬酸胆碱在 5 .0× 10 -6 ~3 .5× 10 5mol·L-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =1.3 7% (n =5 ) ;且稳定性良好。结论 :该滴眼液疗效明显 ,无刺激性 ,测定方法简便、快速。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare the diclofenac acid choline(DAC) eye drops and determine its contents.METHODS:DAC is soluble, the content of DAC was determined at 276 nm by UV spectrograph.The stability and stimulation of DAC eye drops was observed.RESULTS:The regression equation of the standard curve was A=0.02642+ 1.422 ×10 4 C (5.0×10 -6 ~3.5×10 -5 mol·L -1 ), r =0.9999 .The average recovery ratio of sample determination was 99.8% , RSD = 1.37% ( n =5). This eye drops has no stimulation and it's stability is very good within half year.CONCLUSION:DAC eye drops has high anti inflammation effects,the determination methods of DAC are both easy and accurate.DAC eye drops has good stability , it has no stimulation, so it will be used in clinic in the future.
