摘要
目的:制备双氯芬酸胆碱。方法:以双氯芬酸和胆碱为原料,合成了双氯芬酸胆碱,对其结构进行了紫 外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13CNMR)元素分析。结果: 实验条件缓和,产率高达75.2%,纯度99.7%以上,产品分子式为C19H24O3N2CL2,经UV、IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR及元 素分析确定。结论:产品合成工艺简单,产率高,无污染,适于推广应用。
Aim: To reduce the stimulation of diclofenac sodium, a new diclofenac acid salt was prepared.Methods:The diclofenac acid-choline was manufactured by reacting diclofenac acid with choline at the temperature of 50℃ for some time. Results:The productivity of the product was more than 75.2% (purity above 99.7% ) .The product,with a molecular formula of C19 H24O3N2Cl2, was identified on the basis of spectral data (UV.IR、1HNMR.13CNMR and MS). Conclusion: Its synthetic line has high yield with less industrial pollution.
