摘要
采用淀粉酶与过硫酸钠,对淀粉/PVA混合浆料进行低温退浆。优化的退浆工艺为:淀粉酶4 mL/L,过氧化物6 g/L,氢氧化钠3 g/L,退浆温度60℃,时间60 min。经检测,混合浆膜的退浆率可达到88.6%,PVA浆料去除率可达76.2%,同时退浆残液中PVA降解率在80%以上。
Abstract: Desizing of starch/PVA mixed size is carried out at low temperature with enzyme/sodium persulfate. The optimum desizing process is enzyme 4 mL/L, sodium persulfate 6 g/L, sodium hydroxide 3 g/L, desizing at 60 T; for 60 min. The mixed size removal can reach 88.6%, PVA removal can reach ?6.2%, and PVA degradation rate is above 80%. This new process can reduce the burden on the sewage treatment and the dosage of alkali in pretreatment.
