摘要
论述了超精密加工技术的范畴,进一步探讨了提高超精密加工精度的关键技术问题。最后对超精密加工发展趋势作了展望。
In this paper the range,machining method and system structure of the ultra-precision machining technology are discussed. Some key problems for improving accuracy of the ultra-precision machining are discussed deeply.As viewed from machining accuracy,the domestic and international developing trends and goals are analyzed.
