摘要
从理论上分析了脆性材料在超声研磨过程中影响表面质量的各种主要因素,对影响加工表面粗糙度的主要因素进行了试验。研究结果表明,超声工具头与被加工工件的间隙对表面质量影响很大。试验表明,当超声工具头与被加工工件的间隙在一定的范围内,能在超声研磨条件下加工出高质量的超光滑表面。
The influence factors of ultrasonic polishing of brittle materials were investigated theoretically. And the experiments of influences on the surface roughness were preformed. The experimental investigation on ultrasonic polishing of the brittle materials was carried out. It is shown that the surface roughness is related to the machining gap. Only when the machining gap is in specific ranges, the smooth high quality surface can be obtained under ultrasonic polishing.
