摘要
介绍了超临界二氧化碳 (SC- CO2 )的特点及作为生物反应介质的优点 ;SC- CO2 对脂肪酶、水解酶、氧化酶等多种酶的催化活性的影响较小 ;对于微生物这一活性个体 ,在 SC-CO2 相态中其生理活性将受到显著影响 ,但对某些特定的微生物 (如耐压微生物 )的生物反应则具有可行性。简要介绍了 SC- CO2 流体技术的理论研究进展和应用领域。
Supercritical carbon dioxide (SC CO 2) and its many advantges as reaction medium were reviewed.The effects of SC CO 2 on catalysis activity of lipase,hydrolytic enzyme and some oxidasesare very samll.To microorganism,their capable of biocatalysis can be greatly effected.But it is feasible to some special microorganism (such as high pressure microorganism) to carry out biocatalysis reactions.The theory and the appications of SC CO 2 were reviewed.
