摘要
采用乙烯基酯树脂和双马来酰亚胺反应 ,合成了一种新型改性双马来酰亚胺树脂。该树脂在二甲苯 /丙酮体系中具有较好的溶解性及贮存稳定性 ;具有成型工艺型性好、易于固化、韧性好等特点。详细讨论了原料配比对改性双马来酰亚胺树脂冲击性和耐热性的影响。通过 DSC图谱确定了该体系的固化工艺参数 ,测定了树脂浇铸体的热性能。
We supply a method that uses vinyl ester resin to toughen bismaleimide. A certain kind of vinyl ester resin was prepared and controlled ratio of vinyl ester resin to bismaleimide in the polymer can improve both usability and impact resistance, while maintain thermal stability. This copolymer can readily solver in dimethyl benzene/acetone while allowing for better fiber impregnation and after readily evaporating of the solvent can get reproducible prepreg with enhanced adhesive properties. At the same time, we have studied on the property of mechanism, temperature resistance of the composite material which the base system is bismaleimide/vinyl ester resin. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies show that compared with BMI the copolymer has lower cure temperature. And it is adequate for most application.
