摘要
为制备高性能模塑料,以环氧树脂(EP)、双酚A(BPA)、甲基丙烯酸(MMA)、不饱和二元羧酸为原料合成了可增稠乙烯基酯树脂(VE)。结果表明:该树脂具有良好的稳定性、优异的增稠性,其片状模塑料(SMC)制品具有优异的力学性能、电气性能和绝缘性能,可广泛应用于高端SMC及团状模塑料(DMC)领域。
A kind of thickened vinyl ester resin(VE) was synthesized by epoxy resin(EP),2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) propane(BPA),methacrylic acid(MAA) and unsaturated dicarboxylic acid(UDA) in order to obtain a high performance moulding compound.The vinyl ester resin is featured with good stablity and excellent thickening property.Its sheet moulding compound(SMC) has outstanding mechanical,electrical and insulation properties.The resin can be widely used in top SMC and cluster structure of moulding compound(DMC) field.
