摘要
采用 3,3'-二氯 ,4 ,4 '-二胺基二苯基甲烷 (MOCA)扩链改性 4 ,4 '-二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺 (BMI) ,可提高树脂的韧性和阻燃性。研究了 MOCA扩链 BMI的配方、反应性 ,考查了 MOCA的用量对 BMI树脂的氧指数、烟密度的影响。运用差热法分析 ,确定了固化工艺参数。并研究了环氧树脂 ,丁腈橡胶与 BMI/MOCA共混固化后的阻燃性能 。
dichlorin 4,4' diaminodiphenymethane(MOCA) was used as an extender to modify N,N' bismaleimide 4,4' diphenylmethane(BMI) in order to improve it's toughness and fire resistance. The formula of BMI/MOCA system was determined through experiments. The reactivity of co polymerization system, the effecting of the different content of MOCA on the Index of Oxygen and the Smoke Density of BMI/MOCA were also discussed. Differential scanning calorimeter of the matrix samples was also performed to determine the curing processing parameters of the systems. The results indicated that both the BMI/MOCA/Epoxy and the BMI/MOCA/CTBN system had optimum fire resistance properties.
