On-line Determination of Trace Lead in Water by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Solvent Extraction Flow Injection

摘要 提出了一种流动注射在线液 -液萃取火焰原子吸收直接测定水中痕量铅的分析方法。实验以 APDC为螯合剂 ,用 MIBK为萃取剂 ,研究了在线萃取系统中各种实验参数、酸度条件的影响 ,考察了共存元素的干扰。方法的 RSD( n=1 2 )为 2 .7% ,测定检出限为 3.1 μg/ L,回收率为 96%~ 1 0 6% A new method for the determination of trace lead in natural water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with solvent extraction flow injection was proposed. Lead complexed with APDC at pH 2.5, extracted with MIBK. Experiment conditions and manifold parameters were investigated in detail. The detection limit of this method was 3.1 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace lead in East Lake water. The results were in good agreement with certified values with RSD of 2.7% (n=12) and the recoveries were 96%~106%.
