摘要
本文研究了在pH9.0和有Tween-80存在下非水溶性试剂meso-四(4-溴苯基)卟啉与铅的络合反应条件,络合物的最大吸收波长为468nm,组成摩尔比为1∶1,铅含量在0~24μg/25mL范围内有较好的线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.87×10 ̄5,用于烟草中痕量铅的测定,结果令人满意。
Spectrophotometric determination oflead in tobacco has been described.In thepresence of Tween-80,the complex can formwithin 3 minutes in a boiling water bath atthe pH range of 8.5~9.5.The Soret band ofthe complex lies at 468nm. Beer’ s law isobeyed for lead in the range of 0~24μg/25mL.The molar ratio of complex is 1∶1,of apparent molar absorptioity is 2.8 × 10 ̄5L.mol ̄(-1).cm ̄(-1).This method has been appliedto determine lead in tobacco with satisfactoryresults as compared with AAS method.
