摘要
本文采用ＧＦ－ＡＡＳ加平台技术、基体改进剂，测定了中药片仔癀、六味地黄丸中铬、铅和镉的含量。铬、铅和镉的线性范围分别为０～０．８ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０～５０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０～５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，回收率分别为１０２～１０３％，９９～１０１％，９７．５～９８％，本方法简便快速、准确。
n this paper a procedure for the determina-tion of trace Cr,Cd and Pb in two Chinese tradi-tional medicine is developed by graphite funaceatomic absorption spectrometry with matrixmodifier. The latter reduces the interference ofmatrix and increases the sensitivity,the linearranges of Cr,Pb and Cd are 0～80 ng/mL,0～50ng/mL and 0～5ng/mL respectively.The re-coveries of Cr,Pb and Cd are 102%～103%,99%～101% and 97.5%～98% respectively. This method is convient ,rapid and accurate.
