摘要
提出并研制了用一种智能控制芯片LM6 2 8所实现的智能化伺服控制系统。该系统硬件结构是基于普通PC机或工控机的ISA总线而开发 ,其功能集PID控制、12位DAC转换、多卡同时操作、定时中断和监视定时器保护、限位处理、码盘倍频计数和多重中断管理等功能为一体。软件结构是结合所研制的伺服控制模板和LM6 2 8的指令系统 ,以函数库的形式完成伺服运动的底层封装控制 .这样 ,用户在具体的控制操作过程中 ,只需完成相应功能的函数调用 ,不必考虑详细的硬件结构 ,便能实现本系统与上位机具体应用程序的软件接口。该系统已应用于我们所开发的仿形加工数控系统中 ,还可应用于智能机器人等需要精确位置控制的场合。最适于 3~ 6轴的大中型数控系统的控制 ,采样频率达 2 5 6 μs,并具有结构合理 ,通用性强 ,采样频率高和位置控制精度准确和抗干扰性能好等特点。
The intelligent position servo control system,which uses special intelligent precision motion control processor—LM628, is put forward. and studied in this paper. Based on ISA Bus the hardware of the system—position servo control card, which is equiped with GAL device, is developed, designed, made. The card owns the integrated functions such as PID control, multi-card simultaneous operation, watcher-dog timer protection, limit control, pulse multiple and count and interrupt control. According to the function of the system, the hardware of IPSCS card and the user command set of the LM628, 60 kinds of servo control functions are developed, which have made it easy that aids the programmer in using servo control system conveniently without worrying about the low-level details of programming the card and has realized the interface between the programmer and the system. The system whose sample time is 256(s, is applicable to the large or middle CNC system with 3~6 axises. IT has been used in copy machine control system and also can be used in other places such as numerical control system, robot control system.
